Meet the core

Adam has nomadic blood in his veins having come from a family that uprooted themselves repeatedly in search of a better, more fulfilling life. Born in England he has eschewed traditional employment for over 30 years, preferring to navigate life on his own terms. He has a background in finance, property M&A and is experienced in efficient company structuring. He has also run numerous businesses and is a seasoned negotiator. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found a company with the intention of building a community of like minded people. He has lived in eight countries and continues to travel. Adam manages to combine a love of fitness, weights and hiking with his hobbies of cigars, wines, spirits and food.

Carl Cunniff

President

Carl started out as a Surveyor in the South East and London, valuing property developments and commercial complexes during the market boom and subsequent bust. A UK Buy to Let landlord from 1999 and expanded into Swedish rental apartment blocks in 2015. He has been involved in multiple property developments and used multiple corporate structures to navigate section 24 and other changes in legislation. When away from the office he will be out exploring the forest or coast with his family.
